LocalPipesPro USA is a free service that helps homeowners connect by phone with independent, third-party local plumbing service providers. LocalPipesPro USA does not itself perform plumbing work, employ the technicians you may speak with, or act as a plumbing contractor of any kind.

Eligibility

The Service is intended for homeowners age 18 or older who are the decision-maker for plumbing service at their residence, located within the United States. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these criteria.

Independent Contractors; No Guarantee of Work

• All plumbing service providers you may be connected with are independent businesses, not employees, agents, or franchisees of LocalPipesPro USA.
• LocalPipesPro USA does not warrant, guarantee, or take responsibility for the quality, safety, timeliness, pricing, licensing, or insurance status of any work performed by a connected provider.
• It is your responsibility as the homeowner to verify that any contractor you hire holds the license and insurance required for the work being performed in your state and locality before work begins.
• Any agreement for plumbing services, including pricing and scheduling, is made directly between you and the service provider. LocalPipesPro USA is not a party to that agreement.

Calls, Recording, and Availability

• By calling the number displayed on this site, you consent to your call being routed to a local service provider and to your call being recorded and/or monitored for quality assurance and verification purposes, where permitted by law.
• Same-day and 24/7 emergency availability referenced on this site is subject to provider participation, your location, technician availability, and demand, and is not guaranteed.
• This Service is intended to connect new service requests. It is not a channel for billing disputes, account service, or customer support related to a job already in progress with a third-party contractor.

No Fees to Use the Service

Connecting with a service provider through LocalPipesPro USA is free to the homeowner. Any cost for the plumbing work itself is determined and charged directly by the service provider you are connected with, not by LocalPipesPro USA.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, or to attempt to interfere with the normal operation of this site or its call-routing systems.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LocalPipesPro USA and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from work performed by any independent service provider you are connected with. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

Governing Law
